Hello! I am an interdisciplinary maker and illustrator currently based in Minneapolis. Prior to that, I have lived and worked throughout the United States including Denver, Minneapolis, Providence, and New York City as well as overseas in Germany. Since graduating with a BFA in printmaking from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design in 2016, I have had the opportunity to do projects for Uncivilized Books, Penguin, Coffee House Press, the University of Minnesota Bee Squad, MHS Licensing, Hallmark, and Treat and Company. I am an assistant teacher in printmaking for the MCAD Continuing Education Department and served as an assistant teacher in paper making for the Penland School of Craft in North Carolina during the summer of 2016.
I was also very honored to become the first ever recipient of the Caxton Club's Rare Book School Scholarship, an award that I used to attend a session of the Rare Book School at the University of Virginia in 2017. I am fluent in both French and English and, in 2014, my father Brian Evenson and I were joint finalists for the LA Times Book Award in translation for our work on David B.'s Incidents in The Night Vol 1 for Uncivilized Books.
